WHY DO I SWEAT?

Know that all these clothes and accessories prevent you from releasing the heat in the right way, forcing you to sweat more, making it dangerous to practice your sport! These are just marketing arguments just to make you buy!

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT THEN?
